Junk Pile
project for information illustration
I decided to document the growing junk pile outside my "student" home and was shocked with the incredible amount of non-junk.
sorry about the stretched weirdness in posting it here.

Jessie Murders and the Apprentices
Green Roof
Spacing Magazine asked the third year illustration students to research and display information of our choosing about Green roofs... anything we wanted. Which was incredibly daunting, but in the end I decided to look at rain water runoff and here is the final result.
I'm quite happy with how it turned out, my partner Jennifer Pilles followed the same format and they looked very sharp together. :)

BACK TO SCHOOL!
So, um, haven't posted in a while, but I have made so much art this summer, it's ridiculous, what with italy and other adventures.
So SOON! I will buckle down and give you more art.

Sketchy bits
A little collage?
This was for media class, we had to collage a character from a short description we were given, I chose the character Hazel Morse. She was a very beautifully large woman, who loved jewels, men and fashion. In the end her life became a blur and she was left worn and empty.
I think I'm going to explore collage more over the summer, I really enjoyed this method. And I've found much joy in photocopy transfers.
