project for information illustration

I decided to document the growing junk pile outside my "student" home and was shocked with the incredible amount of non-junk.

coffee cup sleeve

a rough peicing together on illustrator, the original art work for the sleeve was created at 250% of the final size and then it was shrunk down to fit around your next coffee :) I will take a picture of the one on the cup when I get it back.

invented band and then worked with images of the inside close up of a vase with plant root imagery.

Green Roof

Spacing Magazine asked the third year illustration students to research and display information of our choosing about Green roofs... anything we wanted. Which was incredibly daunting, but in the end I decided to look at rain water runoff and here is the final result.

I'm quite happy with how it turned out, my partner Jennifer Pilles followed the same format and they looked very sharp together. :)
